* Breakdown must not commence until the halls are clear of visitors. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any items left in the halls. Any items left on site at the end of the Show will be deemed abandoned and removed as rubbish and thrown away unless otherwise notified to the show organiser. The removal of any items such as flooring and stand fitting materials will be chargeable directly to the exhibitor, the charges for this are high.
